ORDERING FAQs

HOW CAN I ORDER?

Orders can be placed directly through the website.  Once you have added the last item to your shopping cart please follow the checkout process.   It is possible to place an order via phone, M - F 9:00am - 4:00pm (GMT).

 

IS THERE AN ORDER CUT OFF TIME?

All orders must be placed by the following times:

UK deliveries: 2.30pm (GMT)

Worldwide deliveries: 1pm (GMT).

We will aim to ship orders within these times, orders are generally shipped by the next working day.


CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders can be cancelled or changed only if they have not been prepared for dispatch. Please be aware that orders are generally shipped within one working day, hence we cannot guarantee that requests to cancel or change orders can be accommodated.

Please CONTACT US as soon as possible when you want to cancel or change an order.  It is likely that a second order will need to be placed.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SUCCESSFUL?

You will receive a confirmation email upon ordering, this will include your order number and details.   If you don't receive either email, please contact us HERE.

 

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?

Yes, we can deliver any where in the UK with Royal Mail or Internationally with DHL.  Why not deliver straight to family,  friends, your workplace or even a a holiday destination.  Please include the delivery address details when ordering?


CAN I SEND ORDERS TO MORE THAN ONE ADDRESS?
Yes, but you must place each order separately.

 

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER FROM OUTSIDE OF THE UK?

You can place an order from a outside of the UK, we can ship world wide with DHL. Local shipping option are available in certain countries please visit our international websites to find our more information.

PAYMENT FAQs

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express.   To help speed up your shopping experience we also accept Shop Pay, Apple Pay and Google Pay.  


WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?

All payments are charged at the time of order through those services per their standard usage agreements. Bloccs® does not retain your payment information.  

DELIVERY FAQs

SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped from Bristol in the UK via the selected service.  We will send you an email as soon as your order is 'out for delivery'.

Once we dispatch your order you will receive an email with order tracking details, this excludes the Royal Mail First Class Service. We can deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. When shipping to a business address please ensure that you specify the business name together with a contact name at the destination.

Typically, orders are sign on delivery although some items may no longer require a signature. Please contact our Customer Service team if further information is required. If no one is available at the address to sign for the parcel(s), then a postal card will be left and the parcel(s) can be collected from the specified location at a later time.

SHIPPING TIMESCALE

Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday each working day (see order cut off times). Orders placed outside of office delivery hours will be dispatched the next working day (excluding public holidays). 

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?

Yes, collections are from our factory in Bristol. Bloccs can be collected from 9 am to 3 pm Monday to Friday except bank holidays. To save time on collection, please place your order via this website and select the collection only option. Alternatively, please Contact Us for more information.

UK DELIVERY

  • UK First Class Post (aims for next day) - £1.95 
  • UK Special Delivery by 1pm (next day Mon-Fri) - Not available for deliveries on a Saturday or Sunday. Signature required for delivery. £9.95
  • UK Special Delivery by 9am (next day Mon-Fri) - Not available for deliveries on a Sunday. Signature required for delivery. £25.00
  • UK Special Delivery by 1pm (Saturday Service) - Not available for deliveries on a Sunday. Signature required for delivery. £15.00
  • UK Special Delivery by 9am (Saturday Service) - Not available for deliveries on a Sunday. Signature required for delivery. Delivery by 9am is not guaranteed to certain places, such as the Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and some remote parts of Scotland. Please visit Royal Mail website to check list of post code areas which are not guaranteed delivery by 9am. £27.00

If you require your order urgently or for a specific event, we would always recommend selecting Special Delivery option,  to try and avoid delays or disappointment. Please note all Special Delivery options require a signature.

 

WILL I BE GIVEN A TRACKING NUMBER FOR A DELIVERY?
 
You will receive a separate email from Australia Post confirming your tracking number, which can be tracked HERE.  If you do not have a tracking number please CONTACT US.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Your order can be delivered by DHL, a quote can be requested when placing an order. Orders must be placed by 1PM (GMT) for it to leave the same day. Please provide the full delivery address including local post code.

If the delivery is to a holiday village or hotel it is essential that you also provide a local contact number. If the address and local contact number have not been provided, we will not be able to guarantee the quoted delivery time.

All prices are displayed in £ pound sterling (GBP)  All orders will be charged in GBP.  Our Customer Service team can be contacted for more information if needed.  

If you are ordering from Europe, please order from Amazon in the EU for the quickest delivery time. 

WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES?

The customer is responsible for covering the cost of any import duties and/or taxes that may apply for their specific country

IS IT POSSIBLE FOR DHL TO DELIVERY TO A PO Box ADDRESS?

It is not possible to send orders to a PO Box address with DHL.

20% VAT (currently payable in the UK) is automatically removed from the purchase price of your products for overseas orders.

GST - GOODS AND SERVICES TAX

10% GST (currently payable in Australia) is automatically removed from the purchase price of your products for overseas orders.
