RETURNS

We of course hope you love your Bloccs® cover but we understand it isn't suitable for everyone. If you've ordered through Amazon you should be able to make the return through your account otherwise check out our Return FAQs for help.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

The quickest and easiest way to return a product is for you to create a temporary account. You can do this here. To login simply enter the email address you used for your order, you will then be sent a login code. Use this to finish logging in. You should now be able to see your order history. If your order has been shipped there will be an option to make a return click this to make the request.

Once your return request has been approved, we will contact you via email confirming the best Return Delivery Address. If you do not receive this email please contact us. The customer is responsible for return postage fee but where possible please retain proof of your return shipment.

I HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY ORDER

If you haven't yet received your order and it past the due date please contact us so that we can investigate this for you.

MY ORDER IS DAMAGED, SHOULD I RETURN IT?

If your order has been damaged do not place a return. Contact us and we will send a replacement out to you.

WHAT IS THE RETURN ADDRESS?

You will receive an email with the return address once your return request has been approved.

I NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE PRODUCT

Please contact our customer service team. They can help with your measurements and send a new cover as per our Perfect Fit Promise.

MY ITEM IS DIFFERENT TO WHAT I ORDERED

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered us please contact us within 48 hours of receipt.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If you think you've received a faulty product please let us know as soon as possible so that we can send out a free of charge replacement to you. You can do this following one of the options below.
