RETURN AND GUARANTEE
UK Return Policy
We hope that you are happy with your purchase but we understand that you may need to make a return. Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the date of purchase as long as the item is unused and in its original condition. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
Please allow up to 21 days for return to be received, processed and credited to your account. Returns are processed Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive an email once the refund has been made.
LOST OR DAMAGED ORDERS
Lost or damaged orders must be reported within 2 weeks of the original date of purchase. You can do this via the Contact Us Form.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
The quickest and easiest way to return a product is for you to create a temporary account. You can do this here. To login simply enter the email address you used for your order, you will then be sent a login code. Use this to finish logging in. You should now be able to see your order history. If your order has been shipped there will be an option to make a return click this to make the request.
Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email confirming the return delivery address. If you do not receive this email please contact us. The customer is responsible for the return postage fee but where possible please retain proof of your return shipment.

CAN I REQUEST A REPLACEMENT SIZE PRODUCT?
If you need a different size product you can request a return and then reorder in the correct size. If you have any sizing queries you can check out our sizing page.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM?
If you have received an item that is different to what you have ordered then please CONTACT US within 48 hours of receipt so that we can help you.
EU Return Policy
If you wish to return your order and you are based in the EU please contact us.
This guarantee covers products purchased in all BLOCCS approved geographical areas, this is except those bought in the United States of America. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Warranty for USA only
Our aim is for all of our customers to love everything we do. In the unlikely event that this is not the case, we want to know about it as soon as possible so that we can put it right for you and ensure that it doesn’t happen again.
For any other complaints we advise that you contact our Customer Service team who we will be happy to assist you and resolve any problems you may have experienced.
We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 - 10 working days.
